The Challenge

Luxury furniture requires high-resolution imagery and complex variant management (materials, colors, dimensions). Standard templates caused significant lag and failed to provide the "premium" feel necessary for high-ticket conversion.

The Solution

I architected a headless frontend using Next.js and a custom Node.js backend. By implementing a custom Image Optimization Pipeline and an Edge-cached Product Catalog, we achieved sub-second loads regardless of image size.
